Joel Lim's birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JOEL LIM JUN KANG!

Okay, i know there is no need for full name but well, just want to make it idiot proof and also to prevent confusion. LOL. Let's see, as the director of Joel's birthday drama, i'm very proud to say that joel fell for everything that we made up! LOL.

So okay, after physics lesson in class. We met up in da canteen and headed to meet Joel and guys at the basketball court. So well, "action!". Our act started when we started playing basketball.

Initial plan
1. Aaron to get pissed and leave.
2. Kelvin to get pissed and leave too.
3. Both of them to go get the cake secretly and come back together and give joel a surprise!

What actually happen
1. JinYing got pissed because of Kelvin playing rough.
2. Kelvin left because some hit his specs and the lenses came off. ( This was not planned and is not an act. LOL. His lenses really came off!)
3. Joel( Birthday Boy) rather pissed too?
4. Jin and Kel came back and Joel was @%$^%%@#%$#@^@#^. LOL.
5. Birthday song, Birthday bash, Birthday taupok, Birthday smash( cake!)!

Rock on people! The on the spot changes made to the script was good. (:

Continue playing basketball then headed to cwp. Slacked around at the toast shop at civic. We were suppose to study but well, ended up chatted and crapping away. I was suppose to go for service but i got a lil headache so headed home. When i got home, the headache gets worst i could do nothing! I was so angry man~ Like my whole study plan for the day is ruined! grrrh. So well, it's about 11plus now and i'm feeling so much better but what can i do? If i open any book now, i will fall asleep in like 2 minutes. zzzzz~

Let's see. I have not been posting for quite some time. Apparently i have got loads of homework to finish and didn't get to even blog about OBS. But well, heard that there are quite a lot of visitors so i'd decided to blog to welcome them personally. I'm not sure why people care so much and stuff but i don't recall writing names but you see, people are admitting so let them be. I also don't remember having being taught or told to write wonderful things for things which are not that wonderful or great afterall. I'm not sure if you guys were forced or paid to read my post but you can choose not to. I have got my rights to say what i want and you have got your rights to not to read. Napfa!

Teacher not here for english again! yay-ness! DOUBLE PERIOD. geezz. Slept for 30mins and spent the rest of the time finishing the worksheet. Chemistry lesson- I finally know some nuts. Then, we did revision during maths lesson. Played games during bio leeson! So fun la~

Napfa after school. Did napfa with shuli,weiloke,aaron,halim,zijian and joel. Thanks guys for helping me with sit and reach( Aaron's hax skill. LOL.). Also, thanks for SBJ though i still got an E. -.-" Napfa result is so darn shit. No Gold for yihui.

2nd day after OBS. needa catch up!

Used H3 period today to sort out homework, CIP and blah. Maths lesson was at rocket speed. Then ran 2.4 during p.e Slower than mass run! grrrh.. Physics lesson was fun la~ Played balloons! hehe. Chinese lesson was erm.. Teacher talk and we listen. Joey, Liting, Kaiyuan and I was trying to crap as much as we can! LOl. Keep asking teacher question to waste time. Wonder what would mr Du do if he's around. heh.

Chiong-ed homework after school. still got a lot more to go!

OBS's over. back to school. aww~

Yihui is back to school today! yay-ness!

Assembly today was about the exchange programmes. The india presentation copied our SC maincomm theme song! Grrh.. After assembly, when we stood up and was walking back to our class, ZiJian and Aaron lifted up their legs with their nike shoe and pointing to mine! I wore nike shoe because i through both my adidas away during OBS k! I'm so not like you guys, the pro nike. I'm so not the nike person!

Maths was as chiong as ever. As for english, teacher didn't come today! hoho. Told ben that we're lucky. Need time to catch up with hwk, and teacher's not here! LOL. During Chemistry lesson, i was blur~ Bio lesson, stunned. I know nuts about what teacher is talking about. Wish me luck. Then humanities, teacher not around! yay yay! Slacked and chatted with Gibson. LOl.

Finally back to training but it rained! So we did stairs. Running up and down then played games. Training is getting slack. awww~ hate it.

Why so care bear?

Hey people! I'm back, i'm back, i'm back! Thanks for all the misses! Why so miss me? HahA. OBS is really making me why-so-ish. Or i should say, it's riversidians who went OBS who made us go why-so-ing. LOL.

Day 1-Monday 7/4/08

We were suppose to reach school by 7 but many of them were late. LOL. Went into ITRR1 to put our bags and went to canteen. Walked and chatted here and there in the canteen and in ITRR1. Everyone's really excited and we really made quite a lot of noise in ITRR1. Then, attendance taking in ITRR1 and proceeded to hall for morning assembly. We left right after OMMS if i did remembered clearly. Went back to ITRR and started taking photos! LOL. Went around taking photos and we took group photo as well. ^^ Then, we waited downstairs outside coucelling room. We made a lot of noise, like duh~, how can we not be noisy. Finally, the bus came and off we went! yay-ness!

When we reached punggol, the bus uncle was kind of lost and he drove around looking for the road that leads to the jetty . It took him awhile before finding the correct road. So well, we alight from the bus, feeling really excited and waited for the boat. Mean while, we got into our group and i'm in BATTUTA! and the riverside battutians are, Isabel, Bernice, LingMei, JunAn, Eddy, JinYing, ZiJian and myself! We took photo again. hah. Then slacked around while waiting for the boat. Finally the boat came yea, OBS here we come!!! So excited. ^^

When we reached, we walked to the MPH( multi purpose hall) where hougang, northland and henderson secondary already gathered. Then , we were asked to sit according to our groups. But well, riversidians was still kind of sitting together. So we started cheering and stuff. I think we were really noisy. Haha. No doubt we're riversidians. Heh. I think we're the best school there. So proud of all riversidians.

So we did games and activities. Did trustfall and belaying. Trustfall is not as scary as the first time we did at kota tinggi. But still cant fall straight. aww~ Belaying is fun though. New experience, new skill. Great! Oh ya, shall introduce all Battutians! Isabel, Bernice, Lingmei, Eddy, ZiJian, JinYing, JunAn, ZheHao, ZiXiang, Isra, Felicia, Pamela, Julia, Huisi and yihui! hehe.

Then, after the activities. We were told to pack our lunch. LOl. We have got so much food. Oreos, crackers, bread. yum~ Packing as a group is really fun. Throwing the breads and crackers around. (P.S. good practice for passes!). Finally had the long awaited lunch after the packing. Did hungry cheer. love it.

After settling food, we settle our "home". Pitched our tents! Well, actually we din't. Kiah pitched for us because he used it as demo! Ain't we smart. geez. We didn't slack either, we volunteer to cook! First time cooking outdoor and first time cooking some edible food! Hehe. Wash all the utensils and bla. Then kiah taught us about the kahari window and also, we made our group flag! It's very very very nice!! Started packing for the hike after we finished the flag. The flag is so cute!

While packing, there's actually a fire drill! -.-" It's fake! But our group was first to reach there! Great job! heh. After that, we only left about 10 minutes to lights off, so well, gotta stop packing and go sleep.~

Day 2-Tuesday 8/4/08

I think i was the last to wake up? LOL. Well, packed our tent(You don't know how tiring it is just to get those tents into the bag. ),washed up and started the day with morning PT. Crunches, push up and bla. We played games as well! " right right, left left" lols. Then was breakfast! So love the eating part! Next, we went on with rock climbing and i manage to reach my target for the slanted wall but as for the rock wall, i failed 2 times! Didn't reach my target but it's ok. will do better the next time if i ever rock climb again. Oh ya, did i mention that zijian and i was eating throughout the whole climbing activity. We eat while people climb! Kaiyuan was also caught eating ALL THE TIME! Gluttons!

Lunch-ed and then learn kayaking skills. We did float test, deliberate capsize under supervision. Then, we proceed to try deliberate capsize ourselves somewhere further. LOl. Lingmei and i partner Zijian and Eddy. That's like so funny la. They capsized first then we did TX rescue. After that was our turn to capsize. I was practically having fun swimming. But well, not much of enjoying swimming with jellyfishes but just swimming. LOL. There are like so many jellyfishes! After all of us went up to shore, it started to rain! Washed the kayaks and moved around in da heavy rain! So fun la~

We were suppose to start our hike that evening but because of the rain, we get to stay at the campsite! heh. So, we started cooking while some of them went up to pitch tent!!!! The flight of stairs up has like 101 steps? LOL. But that place is cool~. Love it. Then, dinner,cooked too much food so gotta throw em' away. Threw quite a lot! Wasteful~ After dinner was night walk! We gotta do it alone!!! Oh gosh, i did it anyway. Survived tunnel thanks to bro. hah. Thanks kaiyuan,peiting for encouraging and zijian again for the oreo bet! heh.

Day 3-Wednesday 9/4/08

Zijian and eddy was like making so much noise early in the morning. That's what you get when noisy people wake you up!

Hiking today! Breakfast and then set off! The bag is really heavy. I bet it's heavier than carrying all of my textbooks! Combined with Amundsen! heh. Trekked to auntie's place. I think one thing i really learnt from our conversation with auntie is that despite being old, she still believe that she have the ability to support herself though she could have gotten a better life with her children. Heh. Then we trekked to quarry. Had to detour cause we went the wrong way. plus the weather is really hot. TIRED! Reached only after a long time. The quary is really really beautiful and the water is like clean~ We lucnh-ed, changed to our wet attire and left the rest of our clothes to dry. ( The weather is really that hot that can dry clothes really fast.)We did rafting and set off! It was really successful and when we were in the middle of the quary, we "jetty jump" off the raft. Damn fun! After all of us got down into the water, we actually swam back while pushing our raft. Don't bother hiking to the quary because it's OBS's property! wahahaha.

After the "shower" we continue trekking for very very very very very long. I didn't die, still manage to cheer here and there and also encourage people and the worst thing is, zijian only found out how we can support the bag using our butt when we're almost reaching! grrh... So after very very very very very long, we finally reach... Everyone was elated when we reached the campsite! We sat in a circle and massage for each other. Then we pitch-ed tent while others cook. Dinner was filling and we have had sea ex. briefing at night. Then, we also allocated slots for sentry duty at night!My slot is like 4.30 a.m.!?!? -.-" Gotta patrol cuz it's a public place. I was team with Zijian, JinYing, Isabel. We actually slacked, walked here and there a few times and slacked at the ponchos halim and guys laid outside their tents the rest of the time!

Day 4-Thursday 10/4/08

Woke up early today! KAYAKING! We got ready really quickly and gobbled down our breakfast. So excited la! Loaded our belongings onto a boat and moved our kayaking equipments into the sea. We started on time at 0815. I was really noob at first but after instructor who were kayaking at the side taught me, got the hang of it and manage to kayak real well. We went through muddy places, got our leg stuck in mud. It's rather fun. LOL. Especially at the potach where we gotta get down and move our kayak over to the another side. tiring~ The kayak is not as light as you think it is okay!

Continued after reaching the other side and had our lunch, floating!! Then, we had to kayak against the current! After reaching there we rested and chiong-ed to camp 2. The journey was really tough and tiring!We reached Camp 2 at 5pm, although our target was 3pm. Our instructor told us it was hard cos we had to go through more than other watches and it was a good achievement to reach there at 5pm! Great job Battuta and Admundsen!!! Cleaned our kayaks and started pitching tents( sea view. shiok!) and cooking. After dinner, Kiah talked to us and we actually bargain! We didn't want lights off time but too bad, we have to. But we were given free time so we just hanged around, slacked and chatted. Soon it was lights off, wanted to stay up but we slept anyway! LOL.

Day 5-Friday 11/4/08

We woke up at 5.55am today. We packed up our tents for the last time. Then we morning PT for the last time. Then we went to the port to have breakfast, hoping we could see sunrise. But sadly, we didn't get to see. ): After finishing breakfast, we went to pack the store and put everything back to place. Also, we checked the losses we had to pay for. Each of us ended up paying $1.50. After that we had debrief. Did all the housekeeping and shared our OBS experience. heh. Got a debrief from the camp Overall-in-charge then started to leave. Said bye bye to all the hougang buttutians and amundsens. So gonna miss them!

After that, we ferry-ed back to urban living! We board the bus, left and forgot mdm emilia. (P.S. we actually left her at the port!) The bus driver drove really fast. Like rushing for time. So we went back to pick mdm emilia before going back to school. After we reached school, we were welcomed by friends and mountains of homework! LOL. We chased after kelvin for belated birthday bash and the guys actually taopoked him in the middle of the road. Then we played basketball. Won choon han's team. HAHA. To think we had camp-ed for 5 days. Then went to LJS with Joel,ZiJian, KaiYuan, LingMei and Halim. So miss fast food! After lunch-ing, we walked around cwp in our huge and heavy bags and then home sweet home. HEHE. The first thing i did was to shower because i already didn't shower for 5 days! LOL.

B&G

Heard about this particular corrupted CCA which apparently is under the hands of corrupted committee chosen by themselves. They themselves chose themselves to be the committee of the CCA. Question: What rights do they have? They just scrap people who are supposed to be in the committee and chose whoever they feel like choosing to be in the committee. Also, isn't it a little thick skin to choose themselves as the leader and announce it themselves? Perhaps it's not a little thick skin, it is VERY thick skin.

Think about this. Imagine yourself having a chairperson in your CCA who can do nothing but complain and cry? What's more. How about whining and acting pathetic? Come on'. I don't give a damn about it and your people don't give a damn about it either. As a chairperson of a CCA, you should know that your job is not to rule over other people with YOUR set of rules and go about complaining to a guy who apparently is part of the corrupted committee. You don't sit down with YOUR people and discuss things regarding the CCA without realising that there is so many other people in your CCA other than those few YOU chose.

To think we're living in a democratic society. Why are people punished by having to pay CCA funds? Isn't it too ridiculous? I agree that there should be punishment but so what? Having the power to set rules and punishments doesn't mean you abuse it to make YOUR CCA richer. Haven't you considered those who are from a lower income family? Can't YOU just freaking use your brain to think and if you can't, use your butt instead because i don't think there's any different between those 2 body parts of yours. I don't care if it affect me or not because the fact is that it affected MY friend and that's not okay with me.

I'm not sure how much you cry or complain in front of your senior but let me tell you this, you ain't fit to be in that position let alone making people pay. All you know is cry cry cry, complain complain complain, why can't you just solve the problems without being so affected emotionally? So what if seniors are older, so what if they can come in to the school and so what if they teach you guys? They are NOT part of the committee and therefore, they have got no rights to interfere. If you can't even control your own CCA and need help from some other unknown people, why not just let someone else take your place because i am sure that they will do a better job than you. If you need someone else to lecture your people and why not let me give you one first? It might not be free and considering your rate of thinking process, i think you would have to pay more than anyone else. Don't you feel at all disgraceful that people doesn't listen to you and you have to go about complaining to other people so they can help you with managing the CCA?

Having said that you ain't fit to be in that position and you don't have the authority to scrap other people off their rightful position, i think that you should do some reflection. It might be 1 page long or even 2 page but I DON'T CARE. If you so love choosing yourself as the chairperson and your committee and if you so love ruling over other people with YOUR set of stupid rules, why not call it 'YOUR CCA'. It might really help with the future of your CCA because you don't have to do so much to eliminate those you hate because all those who join 'YOUR CCA' would be just like you, LOSER.

Mass Run!

Today is friday and i love friday. I love friday. I love friday. I love friday!I'm so gonna compose a song and name it 'I love friday'. hah. Since it's friday and being friday, it's always fun i suppose. I didn't even feel sleepy during the mentally challenging assembly talk. That's the friday power!

A-maths test today and Mdm Nora chiong-ed her lesson after that again. I'm not sure if she realise that she teaches at super speed. English lesson was immediately after that. The class somehow don't seems to take english seriously. I can sense that she is really affronted. Bio lesson was not any better. I don't understand a single thing she taught today! I mean, i did understand the part about memory gland but definitely not the rest. I so miss Ms Tang's teaching! Oh gosh, if i don't study on my own, bio result for mid year will be underlined. I'm so gonna look Ms Tang up and get her to teach me. Anyone else?

Brenda and i was really blur after school. LOL. Forget this and that. Blur us. Then, headed home, both of us slacked for quite awhile. Ate pudding and stuff before we left at 2. Saw the drink stall auntie on the bus and she chatted with us! She even told us what bus to take to go to IJC. Haha! Thanks auntie! We took 161 together with auntie! We were not the only one, the bus was flooded by riversidians. Somewhat own the bus! ^^

Reached the spectators area and slacked around. Then, we saw the group of people who we saw earlier on near my place. LOL. Brenda and i started laughing really madly. I actually wanted it to rain so badly. I really don't feel like running.

But the weather seems okay and i thought there's nothing else i could do but run. Argh. I really dread running today. Maybe it's because of that ache on my calf and the women's thing. But well, ran anyway. Thanks all the marshalls who cheered me on all the way. LOl. Almost every marshall i pass, they just go " yihui jiayou", "go yihui!". haha. Halim even took out his phone and took photo. I was kind of tired to pose. heh. Oh ya, also thanks to those who cheered at the finishing line too!. (:

Came in 6th if i'm not wrong. I could have be 4th or something. Atikah just turned around and when she saw me, she went" it's yihui! run!", then she pulled joelle and both of them ran towards the finishing line. LOL. Lost to both of them again! man... But still proud of Joelle and Shuli. (: Did netball proud. Also, i'm also very of all the 3/5dians! Well done man people! I can see that everyone did their best. Rock on people! 4 of us came in top 10! Namely, Radhe, Sherilyn, PouIng and myself. Haha. you girls rocks man!

Took photos with the class and June was "oi-ed" at when she stood at the empty space we purposely left beside eugene. Haha. You people know what i meant la. hah. Ended the whole run with 3/5 woosh and went off with siying and guys! We went bubble tea and as we walk, the rest left. Only siying and i was left walking around cwp. LOL. So love talking to siying. Both of us always B&G. haha. We criticized all the way from the donut to popular. Then we left. Bus-ed, then walked siying home.But both of us ended up B&G-ing under her block. haha. We talked for quite long before i leaving. Love her man. She's as B&G as me. heh.

School. sleepy.

I'm feeling really sleepy today and worst still, today's lesson are mostly double period.
First was English-Double Period.
Then Chemistry- Double period.
Third was maths- Double period.
Last was bio-single period.
I'd survived though. Yay-ness!
Played basketball after school. Teamed with Rollo( Tanker) & wenjie against, Gerald, ZiJian, Joel and Zacchieus. About 30 mins later, the lightning warning system sounded. Argh, hate that thing. So well, slacked around with ZiJian and Zacchieus while Joel go for maths. Zijian is really very cheeky. Joel claims that ZJ is a bad influence. LOL. Left at about 4 and slacked from just now. I so don't feel like doing homework. Going for a run now. So hate wasting time and i freaking wasted 1 hour, in fact, 2. grrh. So no more time wasting, Ciao!
