To the team. To my teammates... Guys, i just wanna tell you this. All i want to instill in you guys is Teamwork and our common goal. We need to have this mentality that we are winning for ourselves, we are winning for our glory, we are winning for that trophy. We need to train together and work hard together. No point calling ourselves a team when we don't have this spirit instill in us. No point calling ourselves a team when we don't enjoy each other's company. No point calling ourselves a team when we don't have a common goal and our common goal is to win that trophy. But you guys disappointed me time and again. "I'm very tired, 3 laps enough." "Leg pain, don't run lahs" "Aiya, sian lahs" Sound familiar? I have been hearing all these reasons, over and over again. I'm sick and tired of them. Guys, we're a team! We should work together towards a common goal. I hope that all of us can know and understand each other more. I don't wanna cry over this anymore. I'm a grown up, I'm 14! |
